
There wil not be explanations of Institute music here. We think that music does not need it. Music of Institute can only be devided (it is not done here) in two very undefined segments which are overlapping each other. First is when Institute uses modern electric and other tempered instruments mostly (to say, it is “electrified”) and the other is when it uses mostly percusion and non tempered other acoustic instruments. Reason why this division isn’t done is the fact that Institute usualy mix this two ways. Maybe it is best to say that Institute music has a widest range from very, very primitive and minimal, almost poor musical occurrence, over planty of rich different egsotic, standard, irregular, regular, extreme, unbileiveble and sometimes weried configurations to finaly exceptional and always unique “expedition configurations” (see Expeditions).
Lot of Institute’s music is recorded but is not finaly mastered. Lot of it is documentary, some is recorded in studio, some is recorded in nature, but lot of it is “live”. Even in studio it is played at once. Also there are speciffic over recordings – improvisation over improvisation, as is on “City of the Rabut walley”, and many others.
Here is a place wher short excerpts of this vast treasure will be presented, and through a time it copuld be downloaded in full quality. Institute music treasutre is divided by same periods as in History segment, and also by the authors of music (which, scince Institute create by collective improvisation, is a les part).
