To be a memeber of Institute

There is no specific rule how to become the member of Institute, but there are some conditiones which make it happens. These conditiones are not so defined and strict, due to fact that Institute absolutely have a great respect to each person’s unique carracter and is apritiating this peculiarity.

This, on the other hand, dosen’t need to mean anything, beacause Institute values, feels and by intuition recognizes each candidate potential and then deceides. Enybody becoming a member of Institute, becomes the memeber for whole life, no metter of duration of activity in Institute. This duration directly depence of memeber’s understanding of Institute and of will to investigate and work in this group (more precise “a circle of people”. This way of deciding about memebership is a very old one, having roots in a deep past in many tribes and peoples; slow and multi-leveled, rich with signes and strange observations. To write much about this is very hard thing. This is a live matter and never is same. One is certain: good playing of some or more instruments is apritiated, but, of course, is not guaranty at all.. Finaly, not even becoming the member is guaranty to stay activly in it, but also nonactivity is not a condammened thing. Institute is mysteriouse, it changes – grows, desintegrates slowly, colapses, revitalises, sleeps, going wild, rests, thinks, makes magic, studies, does fisical job, calculates, creates, goes arround, makes barbeques, plays concerts, drinks beer (or vine or votka), doesn’t drink at all, does all arts, works hard for money, alchemicaly creates soundings, goes on expeditions, and who knows what elese…

Memeber’s Institute name

When it is decided to receive somebody in Institute, then one is given an Institute name. With this, the membership is proclamed. Although it is usualy asked from new memeber to find name himself, but if not, than other memebers give suggestions. If candidate doesn’t find any of this names “the one”, finding of name and giving suggestoions continues untill one certain name apears and sattisfies all, which is aprooved loud and joyfully. Name must fulfill everybody and must begin to live. By the time evry memeber of Institute has a wright to change his Institute name.

Institution of First mask and Initiation mask

An individual mey even play with Institute, mey even have First mask, but becomes a memeber only after passing own Initiation mask or initiation masking. Type of this mask (masking) is not specified. This happening is realising after some time in which candidate is becoming to know Institute more and hears old stories and explanations. That way, one learns slowly and enters the world of Institute. Decision that time for Initiation mask had come, is made by the Keeper of tradition or Tetraedar or Board of trust. Suggestion for Initiation mask can be given by eny of memebers.

First mask has more the value of first experience; it is more, let’s say, work type than ritual type of mask, however it could happend that First mask is an Initiation mask in the same time, which depence of natural course of things.

Red Oga Sa

Red Oga Sa is the first degree of Institute which any memeber gets formaly, togeather with diploma of memebership, after some time. Red Oga Sa includes also getting of personal monogram in four versions (Institute name and real name, both in latinic and cyrilic).
